Cottonwood Elementary Library & PTSA Read-A-Thon is coming! 📚

Cottonwood Elementary Library & PTSA Read-A-Thon is coming! 📚

Our Read-A-Thon starts Monday, October 12, 2026!

Look for information coming home this Friday, October 9.

Read-A-Thons get kids excited about reading—and give friends and family a fun way to encourage their reader.

At the end of the week, we’ll send home simple instructions for activating your child’s personal page, where you can view and record their progress.

We chose this program because it’s easy to take part in, gives children an extra reason to read, and helps build stronger reading skills. We hope EVERYONE will join the fun!

This year, funds will support enrichment programs throughout Cottonwood. Past fundraisers have helped provide schoolwide reading enrichment, including Accelerated Reader, Raz-Kids, novel studies, book grants, and PTSA activities.

Thank you for supporting our readers! 💛📖
