Story Book Pumpkins

🎃📚 It’s time for StoryBook Pumpkin Time at Cottonwood Elementary School Library! 📚🎃

Bring a favorite book character to life with a creatively decorated pumpkin!

✨ Guidelines for families:

Use a fake pumpkin (plastic, Styrofoam, or another pumpkin-shaped object). Please do not use real pumpkins, as they can rot and damage library books.

Decorate your pumpkin to look like a character from a book.

You may glue or attach items like ears or a beak, but do not cut or carve the pumpkin.

Need supplies? Try Michael’s, Walmart, or Goodwill for affordable fake pumpkins and craft paint.

Write your student’s name and grade on the bottom of the pumpkin with a Sharpie.

Bring completed pumpkins to the Library during the week of October 19.

Take your pumpkin home after October 31 or pick it up during conference time.
